Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.
We ship our items with our shipping partners DPD, DHL and UPS.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Order value up to 100 € = 5,00 €
From an order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

EU countries and Switzerland: 
Order value up to 100 € = 10,00 €
From an order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Non-EU countries in Europe*: 19,00 €
USA & Canada: 29,00 €
Rest of the world: 39,00 €

*For shipping to non-EU countries in Europe we define the following areas: United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Norway, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus.

Deliveries to non-European countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees, for which the recipient / customer is solely responsible. 

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
